THE ROLES OF THIS APP
The main acting roles in the app are an insurer,
employer, and individual.
The Insurer is able to measure an overall Return
on Health by reducing risk for its clients and
assessing savings of medical costs.
The Employer gets an overview of the
company’s population health through
aggregated data using a Vulnerability Index as
a baseline and measuring overall progress
through Engagement and Improvement Scores.
An Individual tracks the progress of his activity and health through a personalized Health Score. Individuals get their own health snapshot through an online digital and remote diagnosis platform. By improving their awareness, they are empowered to make the right decisions to live healthier and happier.
